Q: How soon do I need to Book?
A: Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis, and reservations are required. The earlier you book the better. Most weekend partes schedule 3-4 weeks in advance to guarantee a space at the time they want.
Q: Can I have a party with fewer than 8 children (or 5 Mon - Thurs)?
A: Yes! You can still have a party. You'll pay for the minimum amount of guests, but we'll give you tokens to make up the difference. You can use the extra tokens at the party or save them for another time.
Q- Do I need to make a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a $25 deposit to book. The deposit is applied towards the total cost of your party and is refundable up until 72 hours prior to the start of your party.
Q- How early should we arrive?
A: The party hosts should arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to greet the guests as they arrive (10 mins if you are providing your own paper goods). Your room may not be available more than 10 min prior to the start of the party. It is important for you and the guests to arrive on time. Party times are set in advance and cannot be moved the day of the party.
Q- May I bring in my own food or beverages?
A: You'll need to bring a cake, cupcakes, ice cream, or other dessert items if desired. No other outside food may be brought in. Beverages are provided for the guests in the party package and addtional food or drinks are available at a discounted price to booked parties from the pizza cafe.
Q- What if I supply my own paper goods?
A: If you'd like to bring your own paper goods to have certain colors or a theme, we will give you 2 extra tokens per child. You will need to provide table covers, small cups, forks, spoons, and napkins. Our paper goods are primary color happy birthday themes with balloons and streamers on them. We also have sports themes for team parties.
Q- Can we just come play and pay separately but have a cake or presents?
A: No. You are welcome to come and play at anytime but in order to have any cake or presents you must reserve a party package for your guests.
Q- May we bring our own decorations or balloons?
A: You may bring your own decorations and balloons but no confetti or pinatas. Decorations may not be taped or pinned to the walls or painted surfaces.
Q- I have young children coming, do I have to pay for them?
A: If we set a place for them and they participate in the party, then we will charge for them. Children that are too young to participate do not need to be paid for. Younger children may participate in a different option than the other children in the party.
Q- I will have a lot of adults, what about them?
A: We setup and charge for the paid guests (usually just the children) in the party. Room sizes are based on the number of children, however there are usually a few extra chairs in each room. If you would like to guarantee seating space and activities for the adults at the party, you would need to include them in the party package. We offer discounted prices on pizzas and drinks with any party package so that you can provide extra for the adults if you would like.
Q- Are goodie bags included in the party?
A: No, but you are welcome to bring them to pass out.
Q- Can we add addtional tokens or activities to the party?
A: You may add additional tokens to any party package at 4 per $1.00. Additional activities my be added to the party at a discounted rate as well but will need to be completed after the party is over to leave enough time in the room for pizza, cake, and presents.
Q- Can we stay longer in Funtasia (or re-enter after the party)?
A: Staying longer in Funtasia is not an option because you will not have time for the rest of the party. Due to the capacity of the Funtasia area and to respect the Funtasia time of other reserved parties, we are unable to allow parties to re-enter funtasia after the party time. An all day pass may be purchased after the party at regular rates at the Funtasia booth.
